If you have recently been diagnosed with a digestive pathology, your doctor has probably recommended a low FODMAP diet, maybe they have given you a huge list of foods that you can’t eat and you are a bit lost with it, don’t panic, these two menus are here to help you.

These menus are designed so that you can follow them for about 2 months (each menu for 3 or 4 weeks), and with them you can improve your digestive system, reduce bloating and gas production, regulate periods of constipation or diarrhoea, improve digestion, etc.

A fodmap diet consists of reducing the toxic load in food (fructose, lactose, alcohol, gluten, etc.) for a few months so that the digestive system finds a state of “calm” and can function correctly again.

Both menus have a theoretical part in which I explain the reasons for all the foods that we are eating and those that we are not. I also explain different guidelines to help the regeneration of the intestinal microbiota and thus improve your quality of life.

On the other hand, the menus have a section of fodmap recipes, as we understand that it is difficult to elaborate recipes when a large part of food is restricted, our aim with these menus is that people with digestive problems can continue to enjoy varied and tasty recipes in spite of everything.
