2 weekly menus with 4/5 meals a day.

These menus are designed so that you can follow them for about 2 months (each menu for 3 or 4 weeks), and with them you can achieve a reduction in weight and fat percentage.

Both menus include a brief theory section so that, at the same time that you lose weight, you can learn with them and
new habits in your daily life.

The menus are from Monday to Sunday with quick and simple recipes, easy to prepare but delicious, with a wide variety of foods (fruit, salads, meat and fish… and some more fun recipes such as pizzas, fajitas or healthy sweets); I also explain how you can substitute some foods that you don’t like for others of similar nutritional value, so that you can adapt them to your personal tastes and needs.
