Gluten-free bread with no waiting time

For those of you who don’t get along very well with gluten, have a digestive problem, or simply want to try something different and healthy but not too elaborate, this is the recipe for you. This bread is perfect as it won’t take you more than an hour to make and it only has two ingredients.

What’s more, it’s delicious. You can cook it, cut it into slices and freeze it in portions.

All you need is

  • 250 ml kefir
  • 220 g buckwheat flour
  • ½ sachet of baking powder
  • Salt and spices to taste or seeds, seeds, seeds….

Preparation:

As simple as mixing all the ingredients and baking in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes at 180 or 200 ºC.
